Analyze
I take the time to analyze the learner's strengths and gaps in their knowledge. I collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders. This allows me to determine the most appropriate path to meet the learner's needs.
Design
I determine the objectives and performance outcomes. Then with the end in mind, I create design documents, storyboards, and prototypes with learning opportunities that increase learner participation and retention of knowledge.
Develop
In using a variety of tools, delivery modalities, and instructional practices, I develop engaging and relevant learning solutions. With feedback and revisions, I keep my design process iterative in nature.
